Pros

Cons

Overall

It's hard to identify one single aspect of Carl Bradford's game which makes him so great, but his play speaks for itself as the relentless pass rusher racked up the second most tackles for loss nationally over the past two years.

Bradford is a complete linebacker who combines explosion, quickness, violent, power and leverage to make plays in space and in the trenches. He lined up both as a defensive end and as an outside linebacker in college, but the best place for him to succeed at the next level will be in a 3-4 defense as a physical strongside linebacker.

Not every team will pursue Bradford as he likely is not a fit in the 4-3 defense, but every NFL coach would love a player like Bradford who works so hard and brings so much intensity on game-day and in practice. Look for him to go off the board in round two, but could slide into the early third round.
