Brian Price

Pros

Cons

Overall

Brian Price really excels at using his speed and quickness to penetrate and disrupt plays in the backfield. He gets a great jump off the snap, and does a very good job of using his strong upper body to push blockers aside. As mentioned, he can be unblockable for long periods of time, and can really dominant the line of scrimmage. If he were to consistently play with dominance that he shows over stretches, he would be right up there with Suh, and McCoy, but Price is somewhat inconsistent. He disappears from games too often and for too long, doesn't play every snap because is stamina is not up to snuff, and can get nullified by double teams. His talent and ability to wreak havoc will have every team in the first round intrigued, but because so many teams are running a 3-4 now, and he really isn't a fit in that system, he may slide to the back half of round 1. Comparable to Saints defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis.
